Mitchell Brisbon
Research Editor
Mitchell Brisbon serves as a Research Editor for the Cumberland Law Review. He is a December 2016 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned his degree in Political Science.
At Cumberland, Mitchell was named Best Oralist in the 2020 Donworth Competition and was a finalist in the 2020 SAAD Competition. Mitchell has received the CALI Award in Torts I, Constitutional Law I and II, Federal Courts, and Legislation. Mitchell has been named to the Dean’s List each semester the List has been released. Mitchell has also served as a Caruthers Fellow at Cumberland.
In his free time, Mitchell enjoys kayaking and hiking with his wife, Laura, reading, and attending Briarwood Presbyterian Church.
